Below are just a few frequently asked questions you may find useful.

Q: What is Luxury Rewards, and how does it work?

A: Luxury Rewards is an exclusive subscription program that allows you to preload funds into your Lux Account each month. You earn rewards points for every dollar you preload, which can be redeemed for fine jewelry. It’s a flexible way to save for and enjoy or gift exquisite pieces.

Q: What are the benefits of joining Luxury Rewards?

A: By joining Luxury Rewards, you get to enjoy several benefits, including earning rewards on your preloaded funds, flexible budgeting, reminders for special occasions, the ability to redeem rewards points for fine jewelry, and the option to refer friends and earn even more rewards.

Q: How do the rewards points work?

A: For every dollar you preload into your Lux Account, you earn rewards points. The percentage of rewards points varies depending on your Club tier: 14 Karat Club (5%), 18 Karat Club (7.5%), and 24 Karat Club (10%). You can use these points like cash with your preloaded funds to purchase fine jewelry.

Q: Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?

A: No, there are no contracts or cancellation fees associated with Luxury Rewards. You have the flexibility to participate as long as you like and pause/cancel at any time without penalty. Any funds/points remaining in your Lux Account will remain until redeemed. Note: Points cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Q: Can I refer friends to the program?

A: Absolutely! Luxury Rewards has a built-in a referral program where you can refer friends and earn a generous 10% in rewards points for every dollar they preload into their Lux Account. It’s the best way to share the joy of fine jewelry with others. Once you enroll, you’ll be able to generate a referral link from your Lux Account to share with others.

Q: How do I redeem my points for jewelry?

A: You can redeem your rewards points to pay for part or all of any piece of jewelry that Wilson Diamonds offers. During our beta launch phase you can redeem points either over the phone, via text or in-store. Your Lux account funds function like cash, making it easy to shop for your favorite pieces. Some of our jewelry catalog can be found in this jewelry gallery . This is just a small sampling of the hundreds of items available. If you can’t find something you like there, just contact our jewelry specialists and we can help you find something you’ll love. Note: A full e-commerce store is in the final stages of development and is anticipated to launch in 2024. Once launched, you’ll be able to shop and redeem points both online and in-store.

Q: How do I increase my rewards club tier?

A: You can adjust your preload amount and club tier at any time in just a few steps from the My Subscription section of the My Account page. Simply select the “Switch Subscription” button and follow the steps. There is currently only one method of increasing your club tier and earning percentage and that is by increasing your preload amount to exceed the minimum amount for the club you wish to join. Note: We do have plans to add other ways to increase your club level through both loyalty months and referral milestones. Program functionality for these is not available in the beta phase.

Q: Is there a minimum monthly preload requirement?

A: To earn rewards points on your own funds, the minimum monthly preload requirement is $10. You have the flexibility to preload funds based on your budget and preferences. If you’re not quite ready to preload your own funds, no problem, we offer a referral program in our 10 Karat Club with no monthly subscription requirement.  You’ll earn 10% rewards for every dollar your referrals preload. It’s the perfect way to start earning rewards points no matter your budget.

Q: Is there any way to earn points besides putting money in?

A: Absolutely, there are three main ways to earn rewards points:

1. Preload funds into your Lux Account
2. Refer friends to the program
3. Maintain a subscription for 6 consecutive months or more to receive a loyalty bonus. Note: Loyalty bonus amounts will vary depending on your club level and number of loyalty months. More details on this will be coming in 2024.

Q: Where does my money go when I “preload” it?

A: When you preload funds into your Lux account, your deposit is added as points and combined with any existing rewards points. Your Lux Account acts as your personal jewelry fund, and can be used to purchase fine jewelry when you’re ready. Note: Points cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Q: Do my points expire?

A: No, your rewards points do not expire. Even if you cancel or pause your subscription, your points will remain until redeemed or transferred to another member.

Q: Can you transfer points?

A: Yes, points are transferrable to any other Lux Rewards member upon request. Currently there is no automated method to transfer points. To transfer points, please send your request to [email protected].

Q: What if I’m not ready to preload funds yet, can I still earn rewards?

A: Yes, even if you’re not ready to preload funds into your Lux Account initially, you can still earn rewards through our 10 Karat Club. This level allows you to start earning 10% back in referral rewards without a monthly subscription requirement. It’s the perfect way to kickstart your journey toward accumulating rewards points, regardless of your budget.

Q: How do I enroll in Luxury Rewards?

A: Enrolling in Luxury Rewards is easy. Go to the Lux Rewards enrollment page then select the club level that corresponds to your desired monthly preload amount. Monthly preload amounts can range anywhere from $10 – $1,000. From there, you will select the preload amount you desire.  All club levels earn a generous rewards point percentage between 5% – 10%. A Lux Account will automatically be created for you when you subscribe to a club.

Q: What’s coming soon to Luxury Rewards?

A: We have exciting features on the horizon, including the ability to build a wishlist (coming in 2024) and a fully-featured e-commerce store (also coming in 2024) with a wide range of styles to choose from.

Q: When do I get my launch matching bonus?

A: If you subscribe between the Nov. 8th – Dec. 8th 2023, you will receive a matching bonus based on your first month’s preload amount of up to $50. Bonus Rewards will be added to your Lux Account within 24 hours. Note: This does replace your normal rewards points earning percentage for the first month.

Q: What if I joined Luxury prelaunch?

A: Your awesome! And you are part of a select few with founding member status (more on this later). Your prelaunch investment and matching rewards will be applied to your account within 2 business days of  your Lux account being created. If you joined during prelaunch, your Lux Account may already be set up. Your credentials and details for setting up your subscription will have been emailed to your email on file.
