Wilson Diamonds firmly believes that we charge less for quality rings and diamonds than anyone or anyplace in Utah, even when designing engagement rings custom. If possible, we are committed to eliminating “buyer’s remorse” for any of our customers. With this in mind, we offer our lowest price guarantee, as follows:
Lowest Price Guarantee
“Wilson Diamonds warranties our selling price for comparable, documented items to be lower than any source regularly selling diamonds and rings. We will choose to match or refund the purchase price if we charge or quote a higher price, both before a contract is signed and up to 60 days after date of sale.”
Engagement Ring Guarantees
- We guarantee the lowest price, regardless of competing source.
- We guarantee the diamonds in your ring will not fall out, or we will replace them (semi-annual, free inspection required).
- We guarantee our diamond grades to be completely accurate.
- We guarantee to trade in your diamond for full-purchase price at any time towards purchase of another diamond.
- We guarantee to take back most paid purchases for in-store credit. (There are some exclusions and sometimes some expenses.)
- We guarantee to always treat our customers with respect.
