Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. No purchase necessary. The giveaway is open to legal residents within the United States. Employees of Wilson Diamonds, its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Enter

Participants must register online between August 30th and September 6th, 11:59 PM, and provide all required information, including first name, last name, email, phone number, and Instagram handle. Entries must comply with the participation rules stated on the registration page, including posting required photos to Instagram and tagging all relevant accounts. To claim prizes, you must be following @WilsonDiamonds and all giveaway partners on Instagram.

Prizes

Prizes include a grand prize wedding package, smaller prizes of free jewelry or local treats for the first person to reach each bag, and $50 in Luxury Rewards points for all participants with at least one valid entry. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except at Wilson Diamonds’ discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by a random draw from eligible entries and announced at the event on September 7th, 2024, at 5:00 PM at Wilson Diamonds’ new showroom. Winners must be present to claim their prizes. If a winner is not present, they forfeit their prize, and another winner will be drawn.

Participation Conditions

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Wilson Diamonds, its affiliates, partners, and agents from any liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the scavenger hunt, including but not limited to, participation in the event or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Publicity Release

By entering the giveaway, you grant Wilson Diamonds and its partners the right to use your name, likeness, and entries for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Data Privacy

By registering, you consent to receive marketing communications from Wilson Diamonds and all giveaway partners. Your information will not be shared outside of these partners. You may opt out at any time.

General Conditions

Wilson Diamonds reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Wilson Diamonds in its sole discretion. Wilson Diamonds reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Wilson Diamonds is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures of any kind, or any injury or damage to persons or property that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the scavenger hunt.

Prize Claim and Adjustment

Grand prize quantities may be adjusted or changed by participating giveaway partners at their sole discretion if not claimed within 90 days of the event.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Wilson Diamonds, which are final and binding in all respects.
