3. CASTING

Once the wax model is finished, the ring is cast into the metal of your choice (white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, platinum or palladium). This is another critical stage of the design process.

Poor engagement ring casting traps air bubbles in the metal, causing a common defect known as porosity. As you wear a ring, microscopic layers of the metal wear away, exposing these air bubbles as black pits in the ring.

By using million-dollar induction vacuum casting equipment, the process we follow ensures that your ring will never have porosity. In fact, we guarantee the ring for life against ANY defect.
